Devlog: from a tank prototype to a live arena

What changed during the first focused development day: accounts, multiplayer foundations, safer results, localization and release checks.

The combat foundation

The prototype began with a top-down tank, destructible and reinforced walls, limited ammunition and artifacts dropped by destroyed vehicles. Tank movement was rebuilt around hull direction so the vehicle feels heavy rather than sliding like a helicopter.

Light, medium and heavy classes now differ in size, health, speed, vision, front armor, damage and turning behavior. Armor-piercing, subcaliber and high-explosive ammunition each have a distinct battlefield role.

From local play to a service

The game gained account login, a custom domain, multiplayer rooms, PvE and co-op sessions, matchmaking foundations and server-confirmed battle results. Personal history is private; competitive aggregates are public.

Twelve interface languages, mobile layouts and automatic checks now protect the most important flows: entering a battle, leaving the result screen, replaying, cancelling search and reaching every map edge.

What comes next

The next priority is depth rather than another large mode: improve the feel of impacts and armor, tune the existing missions with player data, and only expand team sizes when real queue and load numbers justify it.
