Release 0.13.0: a rival for every queue

Player callsigns enter the battlefield, while incomplete PvP queues become unranked training battles against tactical rivals.

Know who is in your sights

Player callsigns now appear above every visible tank, aligned with the health bar rather than the rotating hull. Team colors keep allies, enemies and the local commander readable without adding another panel to the combat interface.

AI rivals carry an explicit BOT marker. Names remain hidden by the existing fog-of-war rules whenever the tank itself is not visible.

Ten seconds to a guaranteed fight

If a PvP queue is still incomplete after ten seconds, the missing seats are filled by tactical rivals and the battle starts as training. These matches grant no XP and do not affect public rankings, so a short queue never compromises competitive statistics.

Training rivals predict moving targets, choose ammunition for the engagement range, navigate around walls, wait for a clear line of fire and contest Assault objectives. They use the same movement, armor, ammunition and collision rules as human commanders.
